You may need to customize print forms in certain contexts within your organization. This section will guide you through the steps to do so.
Please note that, for now, only the loan form is customizable.
Access the print template customization page

From the settings, navigate to the Customization section and select Templates.
Here is the grid that will contain all your custom templates. Click on New to create one:

1 – Offered features

1. Entity: Multiple entities can be customized. In the context of this demonstration, only Loaner will be used.
2. Template Name : Choose a name that will represent the template.
It will be displayed in the print options:

3. Refer to the next section for creating the template body.
4. The sorting number determines the position of the template being created in the print template list, as shown in point 2.
5. The Permissions section allows you to specify who can use the print template once the creation is complete. Click here to learn more about permissions.
2 – Customizing the body of the print template

Adjust the visual of the template to your liking. The control allows you to do several things such as tables, paragraphs, and adding colors. It is also possible to switch to code view mode if you want to interact directly with the HTML.
The orange button allows you to import the default print template. If you want to view it, go to a loan and click on Print in its action menu.
The gray button opens the window for selecting the labels that can be used to compose the body of your template. Simply select all the desired labels, then click Add at the bottom of the window.

Once finished, you can save at the bottom of the page.
Configure the print settings
You may encounter some issues with the print layout. It is important to configure the print settings to ensure the template you created is properly considered. To do so, when submitting, make sure the Background graphic option is checked.
