The following guidelines and rules will help you better understand synchronization rules that are in place between Hector and the various platforms the software integrates into.
- Integrations require a Castle plan and can also be added individually with a monthly fee.
- If you do not have access to an integration, a lock icon will appear next to the integration.
- Please contact our sales team if you would like to add an integration to your plan.
- Integrations run once a day starting at 9 pm based on the time zone defined in your environment.
- Integrations can be run on demand from the Settings > Integrations page.
- Look for the gray Sync button.

- Integrations are executed by a background routine. The last execution and completed dates are displayed in the integration history.
- Some integrations run immediately and do not sync data on a daily basis.
- Our ISBN integration pulls data on demand
- Some integrations perform a partial daily sync, meaning only data that has changed in the last 7 days is synced.
- On Fridays, a full sync of all data is performed
- Examples of integrations performing partial syncs
- Some integrations will required you to install a local agent, as the platforms do not expose their database through the Internet.
