Moving an asset in just a few scans is now possible with the Iris module !
Iris offers you a modern solution to connect your QR codes and simplify your daily operations! With this new feature, you can create your own labels and trigger specific actions on your inventory with just a few scans :

Accounting Module
We are pleased to announce the launch of a new accounting module designed to simplify invoicing and payment tracking. With this feature, you can :
⚬ Quickly generate an invoice from a loan or penalty
⚬ Receive partial or full payments
⚬ View detailed histories and reports for better control

Customizable forms
You can now create and customize your own forms for invoices, payments, and requisition forms. You have complete control over the structure and appearance of the forms. Among the available customization options, you can :
⚬ Show, hide and rename fields
⚬ Organize fields into one or more columns, or even into several rows
⚬ Create separate sections to better structure information and guide data entry

💻 Global
● Redesigned display of the tabs for the software’s various grids to offer you an even more personalized work experience. With this new display, you can now select, organize and move your tabs for instant access to your key information.
● “My Content” is evolving and becoming Workspace : a redesigned space that combines performance and flexibility. With a dynamic tile display, you can now organize your content however you like and tailor your interface to your way of working.
● New version of the Calendar view : modernized design, redesigned ergonomics, and improved performance to simplify the visualization and management of assets and loans.
● We are happy to announce the addition of a new section dedicated to sending support tickets directly in Hector. You can now send your technical requests directly to our support team without having to leave the software interface. Whether you want to report a problem, ask a question, or get assistance, everything can now be done in one place, in a simple and centralized manner.

● The User entity has been added to advanced notifications so that you can stay informed about various events such as the creation, modification, and deactivation of your users.

● A new configuration is available to allow you to select the information that is displayed in your users’ information tooltip.

● Added print formats allowing you to generate label sheets. Here are the new formats available :

Data import
● It is now possible to import loans in bulk using Bundle, simply by entering the name of a user group and the name of a bundle. Hector will then create a loan for each user belonging to the specified group and assign all assets related to the bundle.

Global
● The settings related to user synchronization from Google Workspace, Active Directory and OneLogin have been moved to the Settings › Integrations › Resources section.
💡 Settings related to single sign-on for users are still available in the Settings › Security section.

Avoid double entries and synchronize your users and groups from your Yapla environment to Hector.

Automatically import your network devices directly from Cisco and immediately find your inventory on a single centralized platform.

📦 Inventory
Categories
● Category management permissions have been improved to restrict viewing of a category to a single user or group of users. This new feature allows for better compartmentalization of inventories when multiple teams or departments share the same Hector platform.
💡 This permission can also be defined by subcategory.
● A brand new permission is available to prevent a user or group of users from reserving assets belonging to a specific category.

● It is now possible to set minimum and maximum quantities per category.

🔧 Operations
Purchase orders and requisition orders
● Operations (purchase and requisition orders) can now be compartmentalized by stockroom. Users assigned to a given stockroom will have exclusive access to its inventory during the creation and processing stages.
📅 Loans and reservations
Configurations
● Two new configuration options have been added for more flexible management of assets reaching their end-of-life date :
⚬ It is now possible to authorize the reservation of an asset beyond its end-of-life date.
⚬ A buffer time can be set to prevent new reservations for an asset a certain number of days before its end-of-life date.
Loan management
● New filters are available in the loan list planning view.

● It is now possible to partially withdraw a lot size from a loan.
● The overall performance of the loans module has been optimized to improve your experience.
Penalty management
● In addition to overdue and damage penalties, a new penalty can now be generated when an asset that is part of a loan is reported as lost.
💡 Creating an invoice from a penalty? It’s now possible with our new accounting module !

👥 Resources
● An adjustment has been made to how permissions related to Spaces work. Users can now reserve Spaces without being able to reserve the associated Place. For example, a user could reserve a seat (space) in a room (place) without being able to reserve the entire room.

📄 Reports
Global
● Hector now allows you to subscribe to reports. Receive reports automatically, at the frequency of your choice, directly by email. Save time by quickly accessing relevant information without having to generate it manually each time.

Operations
● Purchase orders : A new report called Receptions is available to help you track partial or complete receipts for your orders.
Mobile Application
📱 Global
● The multi-scan feature, added to the mobile app’s main scan during the last update, is now available on the self-assignment, loan, and transfer order pages. As a reminder, multi-scan allows users to scan multiple assets continuously, without interruption, saving time and streamlining operations.
📦 Inventory
● The scan page of the mobile app has been updated with the addition of a new section dedicated to unrecognized assets. When a scanned barcode or QR code does not match any existing asset in Hector, it is now listed in this section. You can scan several unrecognized codes in a row, then create one or more assets in a single operation to simplify inventory addition and field entry.
